Data Deletion Request
Effective: April 27, 2026
You can delete your Noto Scribe account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page describes the two ways to make a request and what happens after we receive it.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
- Open Noto Scribe on web, iOS, Android, macOS, or Windows.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once you confirm, your account is queued for deletion and you will be signed out on every device.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or you would prefer to make the request by email, send a message to support@metamultiples.in with:
- The subject line: “Data deletion request”
- The email address associated with your Noto Scribe account
- The platform you primarily use (web, iOS, Android, macOS, Windows)
We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the account before we proceed, to protect against unauthorized deletions.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your audio recordings
- Your transcripts, notes, and action items
- Your chat history and search history
- Your spaces and their metadata
What we may retain
- Anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you
- Records we are required to keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements (for example, billing records, where applicable)
- Security and abuse logs for up to 12 months, to protect the Service and other users
Timing
We aim to remove personal data from live systems within 30 days of receiving a verified request. Backup copies are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.
