Data Deletion Request

Effective: October 1, 2026

You can delete your Noto Scribe account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page describes the two ways to make a request and what happens after we receive it.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Noto Scribe on web, iOS, Android, macOS, or Windows.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Go to Settings → Account Actions → Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once you confirm, your account is deactivated at once and you will be signed out on every device. If you change your mind, sign back in within 90 days to restore it. After 90 days, your account is deleted for good.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, or you would prefer to make the request by email, send a message to support@metamultiples.in with:

  • The subject line: “Data deletion request”
  • The email address associated with your Noto Scribe account
  • The platform you primarily use (web, iOS, Android, macOS, Windows)

We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the account before we proceed, to protect against unauthorized deletions.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, and preferences
  • Your audio recordings
  • Your transcripts, notes, and action items
  • Your conversations with Meher, Meher’s memory of you, and your search history
  • The spaces you own and everything in them, including their chats, pages, and huddles. To keep a space going for its other members, hand it over to one of them before you delete your account.
  • Your phones’ push notification tokens, your notification history, and the AI assistants you’ve connected

Messages, pages, and comments you posted in spaces that other people own stay there for their members, no longer linked to your account.

What we may retain

  • Anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you
  • Records we are required to keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements (for example, billing records, where applicable)
  • Security and abuse logs for up to 12 months, to protect the Service and other users

Timing

When you delete your account in the app, we remove your personal data from live systems once the 90-day restore window has passed. When you ask by email, we aim to remove it within 30 days of receiving a verified request. Backup copies are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.
